1) Make sure you have closed Tabletop Creator first.
<PROJECT_FOLDER_PATH>**/temp/logs/
C:/Users/**<USER>**/AppData/LocalLow/TabletopTech/TabletopCreator/Player.log
MacOS: ~/Library/Logs/TabletopTech/TabletopCreator/Player.log
(see note below)2) Send us the log file with an explanation of the problem and how to reproduce it to:
[Tabletop Creator Discord](<https://discord.gg/DYEySjZ3Qd>) ([#support](<https://discord.com/channels/1148617248815202467/1151410703358496879>) channel)
3) Thanks for reporting the bug! ❤️ We’ll let you know as soon as we fix it.
<aside> ⚠️ Generally, sending us the log file is enough to locate and fix the bug, but sometimes we'll need the entire project folder (compressed in zip).
If you can’t send the project assets, it is usually enough to send just the data
folder inside the project folder.
If you can’t send your project data, try to create a minimal project (in other words, a new project with the least content where you can reproduce the bug) and send us that.

<aside> ⚠️ (Windows only) If the app had a hard crash when starting the app, it’s possible that the log file may not have been created or updated. If that is the case you may check this path in Windows to see if there is another crash report:
C:/Users/**<USER>**/AppData/Local/Temp/TabletopTech/TabletopCreator/Crashes

⚠️ (MacOS only) If you don’t find the ~/Library/
folder you should toggle the hidden files visibility in Finder first. To do that, open any window in Finder and press the Cmd + Shift + .
(the period key) shortcut.
You now may navigate in your home folder to find the path where the log file is located.
Note: ~/
stands for /Users/**<USER>**/
in UNIX systems, so ~/Library/
is /Users/**<USER>**/Library/
